Slept at 945 last night after a bad day of bad cramps and bad results (I failed Physics. Rachel failed Physics. Rachel doesn't just simply fail, okay?) so I woke up this morning for an impromptu jog!
Wow, I know right, this is so not me. But I felt 100 times better after that... Before I started to puke. The only time I saw someone puke after exercising is in THE BIGGEST LOSER. You know the American (?) TV series where fat people get filmed while they lose weight? Yeah. Does this mean that I'm fat :< HAHA okay. Anyway. I did a Chinese paper then went to do some errands for my Mum, came home and slept for 4 hours then dinner time!

I'm really determined to slim down man, I swear. Okay so maybe I'm not very disciplined but I'LL START BEING DISCIPLINED. I'm not gonna be one of those people who sits all day while studying for Os, just welcoming all the cellulite. I'M GONNA JOG WHEN I'M STRESSED.

(Ahaha, shit now that I've posted this here I have no excuse to skip my workouts. Meh. All the more motivation, hooray!)
