Day 7: Most underrated book

This one's a wee bit challenging!
But books that people are not going wild about but should be going wild about is the In Death series by J.D. Robb.
Which is actually Nora Roberts writing under a pseudonym. Dayum, that girl is a genius.
The stories are absolutely captivating.
There are a lot of books in this series but my favourite so far is Innocence in Death (or was it innocent?)
Anyhoo, I just read it 2 days ago and gosh, I still can't stop thinking about it.
It's. So. Good.

Honestly, I'm really selfish when it comes to songs and books.
I hate it when a good book becomes famous and all mainstream (I mean, look at Twilight!) and I hate it when my secret favourite song from my favourite band starts blasting from the radio in half an hour intervals (which shows that it's becoming popular)
I know this makes me sound like a horrible person but..
But.
I have no excuse.
Yeah I'm just really selfish HAHA
BUT IM SHARING MY FAVOURITE BOOKS WITH YOU GUYS NOW AREN'T I?
Yeap, always trying to change for the better.

Anyway, I baked today!
So here's
Banana cupcake with Dark Chocolate ganache
The long name and the use of ganache makes it sound like one really sophisticated cupcake but in all true honesty it's just banana bread with homemade chocolate sauce.
Well, it was pretty good! Though I sat for 45 minutes stirring and beating the banana mush and cremé fraîche. Tiring stuff, baking.

Baking is also so incredibly expensive. I blast about 20-30 dollars every time I get the ingredients. Goodness, now I know where all my tuition pay is flowing to.
Flowing like water.
Flowing away from me.

Well, the satisfaction of feeding people never gets old though!
Maybe one day I'll get a rich husband to sponsor my baking interest.
And to buy me a electronic mixer, for Pete's sake.
