Day 13: your favourite writer

Now this is just unfair.
I don't have a favourite writer.
But I haven't mentioned Julia Quinn have I?
Well then, she deserves a mention because she writes the wittiest and dreamiest historical romance novels ever.
Ever

DANCE FAREWELL 2013
Reported at 9am at tampines for the amazing race.
I was in group 1 with Dacia, Jin Wen, Shernice and Maribelle!
Honestly, I didn't want to go but I thought about how disappointed we would've been if our seniors didn't come for our amazing race last farewell and I decided meh I shall just go.
It was really amazing.
Amazingly tiring.
We started out like

To like

Because our route sucked.
From tampines> parkway >tampines ikea >kallang leisure park > changi airport >scape >mrs poon's house
So tiring.

Anyway, the party was great because
Our powerpuff girls plan worked! WOOHOO
And then the rest of the girls just dressed as cat woman. (Women)
Jin wen as one of the justice league members and Kai as some random samurai.
Everyone thought Jin wen was Katniss though haha
AHHH well, it was good though we were missing some girls like Gloria and Flicka )':

TODAY
Went to watch Possessed with Wee Sheng today!
It was a bad 2 hour movie which was kinda hilarious and just.. Shocking I guess, not very scary.
The worst horror movie I've ever seen but it was okay because he was there :>
HAHA after that we went to his workplace where I could see how terribly smitten the aunty was by him
(She was positively fawning over wee sheng. -gag-)
and then we set off to Marina Barrage!
I think I really underestimate the beauty of my country. I focus so much on the uglies that I really forget how beautiful my city can look all lighted up at night.
*sense of pride*

Anyway, we got lost for about 15 minutes before arriving at our intended destination.
We saw Chin Yue, Gen and Sarah Joe (:

Every time I go out with Wee Sheng, I find myself (us, actually) doing a lot of aimless walking (most of the time in circles) because we've both got a horrible sense of direction so it's practically the blind leading the blind.

We just laid on the grass (we purposely chose this spot where there was a bunch of teens playing good music nearby) and talked until the sky turned dark.
Time flew at lightning speed though, because it seems as if we have endless things to talk about.
And even when we're not talking, the silence is comfortable.
Honestly, I can't remember the last time I felt so happy. And even though this sounds so incredibly cheesy and gross, I think I know now what it feels like to want to never stop smiling.
:-)
Took a lousy Polaroid before we left, and more lousy photos because today was a bad hair and face day for the both of us.

So, Rachel's photo taking tip #1:
When feeling ugly, take a deliberate ugly face shot so you can at least have an excuse for looking ugly- "it was on purpose"

Hahahaha, he looks worse than me.
